3. You receive excellent compensation with paid travel, housing and other expenses.
4. Providers are paid bi-monthly. You get paid whether we do or not!
5. We carefully screen worksites to ensure you are placed into professional and legitimate work sites that match your skills, experience, and interests.
6. Malpractice insurance with limits of 1M/3M and tail coverage are provided at no cost to you. Our malpractice insurance is rated A (Excellent) by A.M. Best Ratings.
7. We encourage feedback from all our providers on an ongoing basis to ensure quality of assignment, work environment and service of our staff.

How It Works:

• Once you have provided us with all documentation necessary, we will quickly, professionally and precisely credential you.
• As soon as you are credentialed, we will discuss all opportunities that meet your needs and criteria with you. You decide which opportunities you would like to accept.
• After you express interest in an opportunity, we present you to the client. The client has the final say in accepting you.
• Once accepted by the client, a confirmation letter will be sent to you outlining the details of the assignment you have accepted.
• We are committed to our providers and are on call 24/7/365 for support.

Permanent Placement offers you peace and ease of mind when looking for that “perfect job”. As a medical provider, your time is valuable. We handle all the details, allowing you to concentrate on what you love most – medicine. We will search for your perfect position within all the available avenues and will assist you throughout the complete process, including, but not limited to scheduling, interviewing, contract review and negotiations.

How it Works:

• Once we have a signed Staffing Agreement with you, we will obtain detailed information on your qualifications, clinical skills, goals, preferences, relocation parameters and more. We will immediately begin searching for the best opportunity to meet your needs.
• We will present your “total package” to the client/facility.
• After finding your “perfect opportunity”, we will assist in setting up a formal interview.
• During your personal, pre-interview with your OOC specialist, you will be provided a complete interview itinerary and travel plan.
• After the interview, your specialist will meet with you to discuss your impressions and concerns.
• Your specialist will assist with contract review and negotiation.
• When needed, our Relocation Department is available to you and your family to ensure a low-stress move.
• We will follow-up to guarantee a smooth transition to the new opportunity!
