How it Works for Locum Tenens Coverage:

• After we receive a signed Provider Staffing Agreement from you, we will obtain in depth, detailed information on your facility, practice styles, preferences and more. We will immediately begin searching for the best providers to meet your needs!
• We are experts in the area of credentialing and helping our providers' obtain hospital privileges and will assist you with obtaining these privileges as requested.
• Once a provider has been fully credentialed and has expressed interest in working at your facility, we will present them and their detailed information to you. You decide if you would like to accept or decline them as a provider.
• As soon as you accept our provider, a confirmation letter will be sent to you with the details of the assignment. This gives you peace of mind.

Permanent Placement

• Once we have a signed Staffing Agreement with you, we will tailor our search and services to best meet your needs.
• To assure the best possible results, our marketing professionals will design and implement a marketing campaign to exceed your expectations and meet your budget.
• We will search for, identify, prescreen and evaluate candidates and then formally present the most qualified candidates to you.
• All details of the interviewing process are handled by OOC, including coordination of all schedules, details, itinerary and travel plans.
• A post-interview meeting will be performed to discuss your impressions and concerns.
• An expert in employment negotiations will assist you in obtaining the best work arrangement between you and the provider.
• As always, we encourage feedback from our clients on an ongoing basis to ensure the quality of placement and service of our staff.
